What’s The Score?
Well the first quarter has drawn to a close, and I have one important question:
What’s the score?
In case you don’t understand, I’m not talking about the first quarter of a basketball or football game. I’m talking the first quarter of 2008!
Remember all those promises you made to your self on New Years about what you were going to accomplish in your business? The dreams you laid out?
Remember how we promised that this year would be “different”?
How are things going?
Well, what’s the score?
Some may ask themselves, “If I am keeping score, how do I get points?”
I write about this in a report that you can get free from my bog, and it is pretty simple….
Are you making money?
IMHO, it doesn’t matter how many websites you have built, how much keyword research you are doing, or how my eBooks you have read. What matters is:
Are you making $$?
THAT is how you keep score!

How do you know if you are doing this? It’s easy!
Check your score!
Three quarters of the year are left. LOTS of time to change your life!

First of all you asked for the score, my purpose in commenting here is not to gloat.
My partner and I teemed up the middle of February. She had two websites that she needed help moving forward with. I am the motivator and relationship builder type. She has more technical knowledge and practical experience. The first two weeks we brainstormed and planned. We’ve been working the two related websites for 4 weeks putting those ideas into practice.
We’ve been building a list, overdelivering on our content, creating products, and branding ourselves.
We aren’t at 5 bucks a day yet on this project. For us, it has to be $10 anyway to meet the criteria. LOL But, we have made money already in 4 weeks…and it’s more than $.35 from Adsense. We are PR 3 for a couple of keywords already, and our traffic numbers continue to rise every day. I’m not that worried. You cannot build a strong relationship in just 4 weeks. Trust takes longer than that to establish. It will come.
Now, for the next 3 months–it’s a matter of continuing with our plan while testing and tweaking. The future looks very bright for us. I’m here to tell you it can be done… just do the footwork.
