Best IM Products of 2007
I’m not sure how many others will be doing a similar post, but I get asked questions like this all the time, so I figured I would go ahead and blog about it. 
After reading this post, please post a comment if you feel I have left something out.
So here they are. The best IM products of 2008!!
BEST MEMBERSHIP SITE:
I belong to several membership sites. Since I am actually making money in IM now, I can afford to do so and not feel guilty about it. Hands down it would have to be Dennis Becker’s Earn1KaDay. I know, it’s $30/month. But if you have been in IM for any length of time and are still not making $$, then you NEED this membership site!
BEST IM BLOG:
I will avoid some of the obvious “guru” ones and go with Affiliate Marketing Diary. Steven does an awesome job of sharing case studies, recording videos, and more. This guy drives traffic to his niche sites all organically using web 2.0 methods and he gets thousands of visitors a day. I have learned more from his blog than most eBooks.
BEST SERVER-SIDE APPLICATION
This is a tough one, but I’m going to have to go with Download Guard. Yeah, I know it came out before 07, but I could never afford it until this year. It’s great to have one piece of software that handles my payment processing, protects my downloads, and creates my payment buttons for me!
BEST DESKTOP APPLICATION
This one is also tricky because I am a Mac user and most IM products are Windows based. If I was so motivated I could flip to the Widows side of my Mac long enough to run the app, but I just haven’t found an IM application that creates a desire in me to do so. So I am going to go with OpenOffice 2.2 for the Mac/Windows. A very nice word processor and the links you make still work after it is converted to a PDF! A must have for any marketer!
BEST PAID WORDPRESS PLUGIN
There are so many amazing free plugins that it would be impossible to pick one, so I made this category the best “Paid For” Plugin.
Hands down, this winner is Azlan Kasim’s BayRSS which will show eBay auction items in your blog pages and posts. I am very thankful for this little plugin as I have made some very nice money in 2007 with it. Azlan is constantly updating and improving it as well.
BEST E-BOOK
Again, it’s no contest. 5 Bucks A Day is the only eBook you will ever need. You get a copy free when you sign up for E1KaD (see “Best Membership Site”), but if you just want the eBook you can get it as well. It changed my life, it will yours as well.
